In 2016 we engaged Raspberry Sky & HTC’s services for a neutral, detailed review of our current reservations systems infrastructure, including the Property Management Systems, Central Reservations Systems, including the various distribution channels including channel manager, GDS connectivity and website booking engine.

This was requested in order to evaluate current strengths and weaknesses, identify opportunities in order to support Kempinski in defining the future distribution road map to ensure distribution efficiency, brand consistency, agility and adaptability to optimise online business for the group.

With a deep insight into the vendor community, Raspberry Sky & HTC were able to deliver the predefined scope of work in a tight time frame, and would recommend Sally Richards and John Burns for any future PMS / CRS / Distribution related projects.

Review of data and process flow on Kempinski current CRS, PMS, CRM, RMS, data warehouse, POS and distribution. Interview key stakeholders in the business to understand brand goals and objectives, its priorities and competitive differentiation. Benchmark Oracle products against competitive products in the market, produce risk assessment & make recommendations for alternative solution offerings.
