Development of a framework to capture all elements of Revenue Management. RaspberrySky conducted interviews at the head office and several locations across multiple brands. This included system review, ‘as-is’ business process, day to day revenue management practices including reporting. Development of an output report which gave clear assessment of current status and also recommendations for a roadmap to drive revenue upside.
