Kaplan International English has really benefited from RaspberrySky’s great understanding of yield management and distribution best practice. We worked on a project to consider the application of revenue management techniques to the English language travel business. The RaspberrySky team were able to draw on their knowledge and apply it to a different industry, generating workable strategies that can be readily applied.

How we helped
We reviewed the IT systems and the current business processes for agent and direct business in two key markets. We interviewed agents in a market to understand their openness to flexible and seasonal pricing. We modelled a data set to understand booking behaviour – lead time, channel to determine opportunities to introduce a more dynamic pricing approach.
