THE BRIEF

Followed several briefs for the client, some focusing on in-depth review of under performing hotels.

HOW WE HELPED

Approached the projects in a parallel approach 1) desktop and shopped like a customer to identify areas of improvement in the online / off line booking process 2) visited the sites to understand the on-property challenges, structure and leadership (including Maldives, Mauritius, Dubai, Cape Town & Morocco).  In all cases we were able to identify tangible areas for performance improvement of which we executed.  Revenue training programme developed and delivered.  Impact – in improved understanding of the business dynamics and increased revenue performance.
