Experience
Rachel has worked at board director level in communications for over 25 years. There isn’t much in that time she hasn’t successfully advised, managed, or created comms wise. She has worked for leading UK agencies, businesses, and brands, including her own established B Corp accredited agency that she set up, grew, and merged.
She provides pragmatic, robust and commercially grounded corporate reputation and marketing communications advice and solutions. She draws from experience across multiple sectors including food and hospitality. Rachel now lives in Cornwall where she works on projects that spark her interest and where she can really add value and drive improvement.
Skills
A management consultant’s approach for communications. A sharp focus on ESG and good business practices, Rachel works with Sally and her teams to provide research, insight, and auditing to devise, develop and implement a communications strategy and function to deliver against the business/brand’s needs.

Why I love what I do
Seeing a business harness communication to deliver a stronger reputation and measurable results from its comms & reputation investment is fulfilling. With so many pressures on leadership to deliver across a whole range of reputation impacting issues and opportunities, corporate reputation and brand value is increasingly important.
