THE BRIEF

Central Park Collection, wished to embark on a project to transform their business - to enhance the guest journey and deliver premium returns for the stakeholders. As part of this, they not only wanted to remove friction for the consumer but also for the employee to create a win-win scenario to manage processes and free their teams to deliver genuine hospitality. To that end; instead of competing to survive, as a business they wanted to shift the mindset to address the human barriers associated with innovation and change that can exist.

HOW WE HELPED

We put together a number of modules to assess their current IT stack, the commercial performance, a review of their brand.com experience and support to develop a Sales & Marketing strategy. At this time the Central Park Hotel had embarked on a large renovation project, so we recommended revenue resources to help them plan for the new rooms and strategies. We introduced project management to monitor the actions of each of the modules and to ensure coordination around the launch of the first rooms.
