To support the evolution of the distribution and channel strategy
in order to open the funnel of markets to grow their customer
base, in line with their growth and demand low periods.

We analysed their current business and channel mix, alongside
their current technology stack. Identified the impact of current
and proposed systems. Demonstrated typical business mix for
similar hotel groups and size of market. Benchmarked the
hotels v competitive set and completed cost of distribution
modelling. Developed a range of options and made
recommendation for strategy.
