HOW WE HELPED
RaspberrySky conducted a technology audit of the current system landscape. We managed a strategy workshop with sales, marketing, finance, operations and IT to fully understand current commercial and operational challenges, along with the CEO’s vision for the organization. This enabled us to design the IT Blueprint, which reduced the number of systems and improved operational efficiency (particularly around payment solutions and finance) and recommended a short list of vendors to RFP, to support the company strategy.
