THE BRIEF

To provide interim revenue management support for the centrally located London hotel.

HOW WE HELPED

We put in place remote support that gave the hotel daily calls to manage the tactical and strategic requirements of the hotel. The interim resource was initially contracted for 3 months, but has been extended to continue to support the business.
