To help the business understand the hotel online landscape, where to position Buyagift and how to optimise their opportunity through technology.

HOW WE HELPED

Worked with the key stakeholders to educate them on the market dynamics and agree a strategy to automate the booking & hotel payment process for their B2C website.  Developed business requirements and identified vendors (development houses / CRS vendors) to RFP.  Managed the RFP process to final decision.
