THE BRIEF

Review the Kaplan International educational programmes to identify opportunities for enhancing yield and distribution benchmarking with hospitality industry practices. The scope of the review included systems, process, data and agent engagement.

HOW WE HELPED

We conducted a full review in two key markets for the IT systems and the current business processes for agent and direct channel. We interviewed agents to understand their openness to adopting flexible and seasonal pricing. Then using the client’s data set, we applied data modelling to provide insight into the booking behaviours, lead times and channels used. This insight enabled us to identify opportunities for introducing a dynamic pricing approach.
