THE BRIEF

Conduct an internal research and engagement process to kickstart the RFP project and identify the right provider for the hotel booking solutions.  

HOW WE HELPED

We developed and conducted a survey with the key internal stakeholders who would be in involved in the RFP process and decision for choosing the right provider for the booking solution. We analysed and presented the survey results with a set of recommendations. Following that we conducted a full RFP process including discovery, vendor identification, balanced scorecard analysis, deep dive commercial and functional assessment and recommendations.

“We utilised RaspberrySky to undertake a full review of the current hotel booking processes of our international travel agency network. They then followed this with a detailed discovery phase for functionality requirements of our own system and the creation of an RFP for potential technology providers. Vendors were then shortlisted based on a review of the commercials and functional capability. From this RaspberrySky were able to model indicative investment and the likely return for each option and made a detailed recommendation.
