To support the business to deliver a hotel booking system that integrates with a 3rd party system and partners.
HOW WE HELPED
RaspberrySky provided project management and project assurance resources to ensure effective implementation of the project deliverables. This entailed key stakeholder kick off meeting, identification of critical success factors (CSF), workstream discovery to build the project plan and to identify risks and issues. We had planned to run weekly calls and monthly face to face meetings, but due to Covid, we went ‘virtual’ using Teams. Full project office was managed by RaspberrySky using Smartsheet and basecamp. The project close meeting reviewed achievements to the CSF and focused on ‘lessons learnt’ a key takeaway for the business for future projects.
