Review and updated the content on the GDS so that all opportunities are optimised and the content is agent friendly and easy to understand.

HOW WE HELPED

Completed and audit of the two brands (Cove and Locke Apartments) to understand the current status. Working with edyn agree the new content needed and standardization. Working with the existing technology, update two hotels to ensure the data elements would flow correctly and identify gaps in execution. Troubleshoot the process and achieve acceptable data update process. Apply the update to all the properties within the portfolio and document standards and SOP for the ongoing management by the edyn team.
