HOW WE HELPED
We conducted a comprehensive review of the existing IT stack and assessed key business challenges. Collaborating with the team, we mapped their current customer journey and developed an aspirational customer journey. This process allowed us to define the future-state IT stack blueprint, identifying systems to retain, replace, and introduce to support the desired experience. We also recommended system rationalization to streamline operations. For all new systems, we shortlisted 2–3 vendors per capability, evaluating their pros and cons based on our expertise and experience, along with indicative commercial considerations.
