Develop a commercial strategy to optimise performance of the growing hotel
portfolio.

HOW WE HELPED

Initially we conducted a short piece of work focusing on current
distribution, pricing strategy and RMS utilisation. This led to an in-depth
Commercial Review (which included analysis of Trading Performance,
Strategy, Pricing, RMS utilisation, Room Type review, Rate and Product
review and Market segmentation). Working closely with the Commercial team,
we develop a new Pricing and Distribution Strategy which included rate and
product, re-engineer the PMS and RMS to support and strategies for direct
and indirect business.
