To conduct a IT audit for the Kabanas brand and make recommendations for
their future IT stack.
HOW WE HELPED
We conducted an audit of the current IT stack, evaluated both the existing
and aspirational customer journey, and assessed key operational challenges.
From this, we created a blueprint for the future IT architecture. Drawing
on our expertise, we provided clear recommendations on which systems to
retire, which to retain, and identified a shortlist of vendors to fill any
gaps. To support decision-making, we outlined the pros and cons of each
recommended vendor, aligned with the brand’s strategic goals.
