THE BRIEF

To undertake a review of key hotel’s positioning on the GDS and make recommendations to improve the ability for an agent to search and be able to read content that is both accurate and enticing.  The aim to drive an improved look to book ratio. 

HOW WE HELPED

The identified 250 hotels and re-wrote the textual information for all ensuring the location, GEO-coding, amenities, directions and key searchable components were loaded correctly across the GDS and also the PMS.  Working directly with the distribution team to ensure all data was updated in a timely manner.  We also developed ‘clones’ for each GDS to ensure consistency with new builds moving forward.
